Language and Culture Camp

Give Your Students the International Advantage!
Introduce your students to three weeks' fun experience in Chinese language and culture. Give your students a cool but educative experience in summer.
K - 5: Students will get a chance to learn useful Chinese expressions and Chinese characters, do some Chinese handicrafts such as paper cuts and origami, learn Chinese songs, dance and games, and get to hear Chinese folklores. Instructors are native Chinese, fluent in English and Chinese, who are faculty and graduate students at the Confucius Institute at MSU. Program dates and times vary based on location.
6-12: Students will spend their time learning Chinese language and writing, participating in hands-on art and cultural activities, engaging discussions over cross-cultural differences and discovering China. Instructors are native Chinese, fluent in English and Chinese, who are faculty and graduate students at the Confucius Institute at MSU. Specialists will also be invited to provide students enriched experience in Chinese culture.
